Information regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Hands holding earthAt Exquisite Smiles, our priority is the well-being of our patients, staff and community. We seek to provide a safe environment for our patients and team members by keeping up-to-date with the latest advice from our Australian government, World Health Organisation and the Australian Dental Association.

We wanted to assure you in keeping with our core value of looking after our patients, we have implemented the following. We have:

• Heightened our already extremely rigid sterilisation safeguards and standards
• Changed our appointment scheduling.
• Arranged longer down time in between appointments, which allows our team more time for cleaning and disinfection. This also minimises the total number of people in our facility at any one time.
• Started verbal screening all patients that enter or call our facility.
• Rearranged our waiting rooms to comply with social distancing.

We are more than happy for you to wait for your appointment in our waiting room, however, should you feel more comfortable with waiting in your car or a safe nearby location please call or text us when you arrive and we will call you once we are ready to see you.

We are open and accepting appointments. Please feel free to contact us with any issues you have. Our team is here to help you. We are happy to talk to you by phone or virtual appointments should it be difficult for you to visit us.

We’re all in this together, let’s look after one another,

Dr Rajeev,

Exquisite Smiles
